We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act [TKG 2003]).

Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery
I. The contract comes about with the hotel – restaurant Zum Mohren & Plavina**** d. A. Theiner & Co. KG. The contract comes about with the payment for the voucher.
II. To keep the order costs as low as possible, you can pay for the vouchers at once by means of a credit card, advance payment bill or payment on the spot, and have the voucher emailed to you free of charge. However, the vouchers will only be sent after receipt of payment. For sending vouchers by post we charge a processing fee of € 5,90 up do an order of € 80,-.
III. Only persons aged 17 or over are authorised to make purchases in our Internet shop.
IV. Prices and products
The vouchers acquired with the respective total value including VAT cannot be redeemed in cash. If the amount used is lower than the value of the voucher, you will receive a further credit note. The invoice showing the tax can only be issued at the time of the actual service provision, in other words when the voucher is redeemed (VAT Act [UstG]). We are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery by post. The voucher is only valid when the amount due has been paid in full. All vouchers are valid for 30 years and must be redeemed within this period. This does not include packages – where a package is involved, such as accommodation, the paid value applies on the date of issue. Package prices change with the current year’s price list. If the value of the goods is less than the current package price, a supplement is required!
V. The vouchers include the respective statutory VAT; settlement takes place when the service is used.
VI. Disparities in the illustrations of the goods available for sale are possible. Errors and changes to the articles excepted.
VII. Security guarantee and data protection
Your security has the utmost priority! For this reason, when you pay by credit card, data such as your credit card number, bank sort code, account number, name and address are transmitted via a protected SSL line so that no unauthorised person can read the data you have input during transmission online. We apply a series of additional security measures to ensure additional security in the voucher shop. We process your details electronically. On the basis of the General Terms and Conditions of Business, the customer declares their agreement to receiving advertising from the Hotel Der Mohrenwirt. No transmission of these data to third parties takes place.
VIII. Exchange and return
If vouchers do not meet your expectations, please send them back to us within 14 days of their being sent to you. The written declaration of withdrawal (cancellation) must be received by the Hotel Der Mohrenwirt within 14 days. However, no right of withdrawal exists if use of the service has already commenced within the withdrawal period. This right of return applies only for customers that can be classed as consumers.
