BOOKING INFORMATION

General

• The hotel prices are per person per day with luxury half board (breakfast and dinner) plus € 3.70 local tax per person (over 14 years) per day, which is payable locally

Cancellations

• Up to 21 days before your date of arrival, no cancellation charges will be made.
• From 20 until 13 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40 % of the price.
• In case of cancellation within 12 days prior to arrival we provide 70 % of the price.
• Cancellations are accepted only in writing. The same applies to early departure.
• We will happily inform you about taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Length of Stay

• For stays of less than 3 days, there will be a surcharge of € 4.00 per person per day.
• For stays longer than 7 days -3% off
• For stays longer than 12 days -6% off

Bed and Breakfast

• Price reduction of € 10.00 per person per day.

Double room for single occupancy

• Only available upon request.

Dogs

• may be welcomed upon request: Daily rate without food €10.00
  (No admittance for dogs in the dining room, bathing area and lounge area)
• the dog owner shall be liable for any damage.
• Please bring your dog basket with you!

Parking

• Outdoor parking spaces available free of charge
• Parking space in the garage € 10 per day (reservation required)

Booking / Reservation

• Room bookings only have validity with both sides of the written confirmation.
• The reservation of certain rooms and floors cannot be guaranteed.

Smokers

• All rooms and suites are non-smoking rooms!

Arrival & Departure

• Arrival: Rooms are available from 3pm on your day of arrival.
• Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departur

Payment

• Your bill can be paid in cash, with an EC Card with code or with a credit card.
  Attention! Please note that, according to Decree-Law No. 201/2011, we may not accept more than € 999,00 in cash!
